By using this site you accept and agree all terms and conditions herein. Users assume all responsability and risk with regard to visiting and using this site, in no case RomeTransfer be liable for damages of any kind resulting from buyer use.

Pricing and Product Infos

We provide accurate and up to date information on this site. However, items displayed could be discontinued, and prices are subect to change. This site is not responsible for typographical errors and We reserve the right to make corrections and changes to this site at any time without notice. The price list is in Euro. Our prices are calculated manually with the distance, time of travel and number of passengers traveling taken into consideration.

We reserve the right to provide an upgraded car type from the original selected if your chosen vehicle is unavailable.

We will accept any cancellation as long as 24 hours notice is provided. All cancellations must be made via an email or via WhatsApp to which you will receive confirmation by us.

If you do not receive an email from Rometransfer confirming the cancellation, then we have not received it. In this case please call our number which is +393384979450.

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

– No refund is made if the passenger does not show up for pre-paid journeys.

– No refund is made for cancellation of a booking with less than 24 hours notice provided or afterwards.

We do not accept any responsibility in any way for missed flights for whatever reason i.e. traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.

We advise passengers to plan to arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to flight departure to allow for possible unpredicted delays en route to or from the airport.

All passengers are advised to have adequate travel insurance prior to booking.

No responsibilities for costs are to be refunded to any passengers who do not wait for their driver and take alternative transport.

Luggage Policy

Our luggage policy is one luggage and one carry-on for each person is accomodated free of charge. Extra fees can be applied if you exceed the luggege policy. Particular items such as golf club, surfboard and etc. require you to declare them at first and to reserve a exclusive van service.

Luggage allowance for each form of transportation is shown in the vehicle selection form.

This site does not accept any responsibility in any way if the passenger/luggage requirements exceed the capacity of the vehicle booked. If you are unsure about the capacity of the vehicle booked send an e-mail before booking.

Amendments

Any amendment must be made via an email or by telephone or by WhatsApp to us to which you will receive an email confirming the amendment. Amendments must not be made with your driver.

Privacy

We use your personal information to provide the services you’ve requested and to process them, We may also use this information for auditing, research and analysis to operate and improve our technologies and services. Where required to fulfill your transfer, we may pass selected information to third parties. Our policy is to keep this informations as confidential. This site reserves the right to change, modify, add or delete portions of this Privacy Policy at any time.
